By installing, accessing, or using IGrab – Instagram Downloader ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension and discontinue use.
IGrab – Instagram Downloader is a browser extension that enables users to download publicly available media (photos, videos, Reels, Stories) from Instagram for personal, offline use. The extension offers both free and paid (Pro) tiers.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Pro plans are available as Monthly (₹49/month, India) or Lifetime ($99, International).
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a purchase:
We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase if you are unsatisfied. However, full refunds are not applicable as payment gateway (Razorpay) processing charges are non-recoverable. The applicable gateway fees will be deducted from the refund amount. To request a refund, contact us through our Support page. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Pro licenses may be used on up to 3 devices simultaneously. You can manage your registered devices from the dashboard. Exceeding the device limit will require deactivating an existing device before activating a new one.
The Extension, including its code, design, and branding, is the intellectual property of IGrab. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Extension without our written permission.
Content downloaded using the Extension belongs to its respective creators. We do not claim ownership of any downloaded media.
The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Extension. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Pro license in the preceding 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Extension at any time for violation of these terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Extension ceases immediately. Any paid license fees are non-refundable after the 7-day refund window, and refunds within the window are subject to gateway fee deductions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-extension notification. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Gujarat, India.
